Rowan holds a Bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley in Mathematics and is a soon to graduate with a Master’s degree in Data Science. He is excited to start working in the Big Data industry in San Francisco after graduating. Outside this profession, he is engaged in dance, gymnastics, circus arts and climbing.

Percival Chen is a current 5th-year MIDS student, with a bachelors in Molecular and Cell Biology with honors. During college, he was first exposed to data science through the Bachtrog Lab, where he conducted research and data analysis in a variety of genomic projects. Looking forward, he would like to use big data in industry to glean insights and drive decision-making.

George Tao is a current 5th-year MIDS student. As an undergraduate at UC Berkeley, he studied math and computer science and plans on pursuing a career in software engineering and data science. He was drawn towards data science through his previous passion for fantasy basketball and strategy games.

Natalie Wang is a current 5th-year MIDS student. She recently graduated from UC Berkeley with a triple major in applied mathematics, data science, and sociology. She is interested in utilizing data science to help distribute healthcare resources in developing countries and sustainable energy sources.
